A little jewel in the case!

I still have to do some research on this to find out what the makers Mark is. But Salvation Army $.50. But it is a small Sterling Silver napkin ring. The marking on it is 835 W. Then on the inside there is another number it looks to be 9223?











And then this one was two dollars but I'm wondering what shape this is it is signed but I cannot read it.
