A little silver, GOLD, and some colonial

Im getting really good at finding modern silver on colonial sites. Only reason I found the gold(looks legit), though, is because Im on a colonial site and dig everything. Small broken gold rings sound terrible. This one is missing the stone, marked 10k and a hefty 2.8 grams Also got the large pewter spoon handle and my first etched tombac (fragment ). The colonial silver gods continue to laugh at me

I did get the 1661 cob from this site but it is ugly. All my farm field permissions are about tapped out and planting season upon us. Not sure where Im hunting now

They are great finds, I have been worried the fields are going to close up before the Silver Mafia hits town. Looks like allot will still be open. Keep digging and going back when you can.

Several of my permissions already have cover crop or whatever too high to detect including this spot. It was recently planted but not yet breaking the surface. Most of these finds were found along a small section that was sprayed with roundup for some reason
