Hey folks,

Had a friend get sick and cancel our get together this evening so my mind immediately went to my addiction...detecting!

Had a spot in mind a few blocks from home and gave it a go by headlamp. It’s in a bit of a sketchy area so I had my head on a swivel. Glad I went however. Managed a 54-S Rosie, a couple 1940s wheats and a Tongan one cent coin.

Not a bad finish to the month!

Good luck out there and happy hunting all.

Thanks! Seattle remains pretty mild throughout the winter. It’s probably around 45 degrees on average so as long as you don’t mind the dark and the rain it doesn’t have to slow detecting down.

Headlamp....sketchy area....now that's some kind of dedication! Well done. Great way to end the month. Congrats on the silver.
