Yesterday was a really nice 60° + day, so I took a bike ride to the thrift stores. The big ARC had the major 50% off many items, but found nothing. I hit the others place GW that rarely has anything good, but with new stuff constantly arriving you just gotta look because you never know. Last place was a church thrift shop and it often has treasures for cheap. Nothing in the jewelry but the nick-nacks are always worth a look. Found these two little sterling nut dishes, made by Gorham I believe? They were marked with a black magic marker .50, Yeah fifty cents each. Each is 34 grams and measures 3"W x 4"L x 1"T. Looking on ebay it looks like these could sell for $35. and up.
