A little stumped

Found these yesterday on a tidal beach here in downeast Maine. I found a lot of stuff but these I thought may have some significance but I don't really know what I found. Any help with possible ideas with dates? would be great.
A small lead piece. Looks like a U. S. C. on it. The second pic looks like there's some kind of crossed symbol? I'm sure it's just a piece of something but I don't know what or how old. It does seem like an old piece of lead though.
This I'm thinking is some kind of cap? Copper with a little slit in it and it loos like lead was poured into the slit and some kind of medallion was on the top?
I don't know if this is some kind of button, buckle, or what? Pewter, I think.
This I believe is a three ring bullet that was heat and pressed in a vice or pliers or something? Lead and seems pretty old.

I first though that too but it (it's the same piece) is way too small. I do find a lot of those and other car parts in this water too but this is nothing like those. Unless, tire weight from long ago were much smaller Heck, you could be right? I'll keep poking around on the net. Thanks!

I plugged in U. S. C. into Google to try and get something that made sense but mostly it comes back as Univ. of S. Carolina and such. I guess it doesn't like what I'm asking. Thanks though. I'll keep searching.

I don't know the weight. Plus I don't think it would be accurate as this piece looks like it's been broken. Also, with all the tire weights I've found in the past there's been that little metal tab to affix it to the wheel. I have found small wheel weights and they've always had that tab. This little thing is nowhere near the thickness or width of any I've ever seen. I could be dead wrong, I don't know. Compared to all the wheel weights I've found also this lead looks very old. None that I've ever found had any age that would make me think they weren't weights. Were wheel weights used on the earliest autos? Maybe? Thanks for the reply as you could be right.

I balanced a lot of tires in the past, and when I would sometimes run out of a particular size weight, I would take a bigger one and snip off the end(s) to make one smaller and with the correct weight I needed. Maybe yours is the remnants of someone doing the same thing. It could be from a number of other applications too. They used lead for all sorts of things in the past. It's mainly the curve of your item that reminded me of a wheel weight.

The symbol on the small piece of lead appears to be crossed keys.

It could be a piece of a bale seal or even a piece of plumber's solder.

Just plugged into Google "two crossed keys symbol" and up pops all this stuff about the Illuminati. So.., this little piece of lead has touched on everything from tire weights, plumbers solder, Theta Nu Epsilon to Illuminati. Pretty cool!
