looks like the broken off tip end of a clutch or break lever off a motor bike. Wouldnt be copper but non magnetic for sure.

Copper for sure eh? Hmmm......It almost looks like the handle from a bolt on a bolt-action rifle.

It looks like a end ball on a brake lever or clutch lever. You just found the scene of a guy kissing the dirt ! : )

Yes, I see the similarity in the brake/clutch lever, but it's made of COPPER and usually there's more of the ball away from the driver on those. I do agree with a lever of some sort, but tend toward it being something that had to be alternately pulled and pushed (rather than just pulled), based on the juxtaposition of the ball portion to the shaft portion.
