It's been a bit of a mess here lately with all of the storms. Today is an exception, so I headed down to the beach. It was chilly, but really nice. It was an unusually low tide, but I stuck to the dry sand because I don't have an Equinox
Lots of beer caps, a penny, and a dime. And then I got a mid tone signal and dug it. Out pops a really nice looking ring! I had my doubts about it being real because the tone didn't tell me "Silver!" What a rush!
After I calmed down, went to Wendy's for a burger, and headed to my jeweler, I patiently waited for the verdict. He was taking much longer than I expected, so I began to think it was the real deal. Turns out he was working on something for the customer ahead of me. Alas, it's not real, but it sure sparkles!!
Have a great weekend!
