Today walking the river I found a new dump. I only did an hour dig because I didn't have the proper tools like the ink hole it's very rooty and I only had my hand rake and my probe I'm hoping this ash pit gives up some real age but as of now my finds are 1890s to the turn of the century. The best find is the apple green buffalo lithia water bottle. I thinks it's the nicest embossed bottle I have found and a first for me. It's amazing how a bottle this size could survive in the ground. I also found s hoods sarsaparilla a tiny Kemp's balsam. A local druggist a size I don't have. And a tavern robbers Flint glass shot glass. I can't wait to head back down there tomorrow. Thanks for looking - Justin
