Yesterday I made a trip up to my favorite spot for jewelry along the Salt river here in Arizona and it did not disappoint. Found a nice 14K gold mans wedding band. I do not have my sc IMG_3209 (2).webpale with me here in Arizona, but it is a heavy ring. This make 7 rings and one heavy sterling necklace in 3 outings to the same location. I should rename the place to Zales of the Salt River for the amount of jewelry that has been recovered. I also found some clad and a couple of fishing lures. The gold made my day. Can't wait to get back up there again. Happy hunting and keep on swinging.

That's a great find!!!! Congratulations!

sounds like you found yourself a pretty sweet location!

nice ring! looks like a decent chunk of gold.

Nice hunk of gold..

Congrats on that sweet ring you snowbird. Be sure you pull all the jewelry from out west before you return to the east.

Congratulations on the Golden Ticket! :occasion14:

I'll give it my best shot, my friend. I did manage to find another ring today at a soccer field. It would have been nice other than the fact it was mulched by a lawnmower. It would have been a nice ladies sterling ring, torn in half and missing the large stone. Pulled it out at 6 inches deep. You win some and you lose some!
Congrats on that sweet ring you snowbird. Be sure you pull all the jewelry from out west before you return to the east.
