"A Small Slice Of Iowa"

Things starting to get a fall look to them in Eastern Iowa. The really colorful trees are to the North of where I live.Generally leaves reach there full color about the 10Th of October.Still aways to go on the colors here, but it was still a pretty day. Thanks for taking a look at the area where I call home.

Ya know Wes sometimes this ol world gets to spinning so fast its hard to see the beauty in things that are right in front of us. That's what I like about digital photography and a computer, its lets us get a up close look at whats going on around us.That farm is what is called a Century Farm, meaning it has been in that family for over a hundred years. Here's a view from the driveway. The owner is a friend of my brother.Notice the unusual grain barn. Thanks for looking.
