✅ SOLVED A Small What Is It

Had this over a year and still can't come up with an idea of what it is. It rang about 90 on the AT Pro if I remember correctly. Hole does not go all the way through, I tried forcefully so not a nut. Heavy for it's size, shiny underneath some sort of coating, ornate groove. Exactly same on both sides.

Help!

Yep, carbide insert. They do make great slingshot ammo which may explain the woods.
