Always watch your back out there and keep your head up as much as you can. Wearing headphones, you get into an isolated state and your surroundings become too easily ignored.

My heart was already pounding after the big splash so when the bag rubbed against my leg I freaked out. Last year one wrapped around my leg and when I started yelling people nearby started to move away in shock.
