My Garrett Pro-Pointer arrived in the mail today. I went out for an hour and tried it out. It helped me find a ton of cans, but I also found a few coins and a heavy ball(Lead?). Can anyone ID it? It might be one of the steel balls I shot into the woods with my slingshot a few years back. If you know tell me please :)

It definitely has the aged "white" look of lead.

A dropped musket ball not much doubt. Well it may have been fired, but it didn't hit anything but soft dirt.

Love my Garrett Pro-Pointer.. It makes short work of digging any target.

I've been hunting 18 years without a pinpointer, that's about to change next week.

Good finds, I thought you found a garrett propointer when I saw the thread.

Sorry, I found it in my mailbox though :D
