A wine glass (part of it ) a vicks vaporub and need help

The wine glass is still cool even though there is only part of it . The tall clear bottle i have no idea the makers mark is just a keystone with nothing in it. the Vicks vaporub i think it is from the 1950's thanks for looking Happy Hunting
