My father and I took the Deus out for a spin tonight on a new-ish spot. There was a couple inches of snow on the ground and it was 30 degrees but there were things to be found!

A rather old and crude looking button, perhaps 1700s? The shank is a large flat surface with no holes, it even has a bit of leather around it still.

A man's Black Onyx Signet Ring, gold plated.

1920 wheat penny, first somewhat old coin in AGES, the curse has been broken!

Found this Pocket watch - perhaps one of the best finds of the night!
Any ideas on age? Seems to be silver plate with no markings.

Congrats on some nice finds. Your button looks like a rivet that was used often with horse tack

Congratualtions on the very nice relic finds! :occasion14:

Congrats on getting out in the adverse weather and pulling those keepers. :hello2: Looks like I'll be hunting in the same conditions this Saturday.

Nice finds. Almost time to hit the wooded areas where the ground hasnt froze yet. The heavy leaf cover buys me another month or so.
