Thanks Stevesno, my son watched him play it in, (he kept it).
Last year his friend caught one that just missed the 'State Record', over 13 lbs.
And there has been an 11 pounder caught here also.
They have stocked the 'Florida Bass' here, one reason they grow fast.

Strange goings on there Fossis. The sign says no motors over 7-1/2 horsepower and obviously that bass boat has a bigger motor than that. Did you just run the troller? Then it says the boats have to stay away from the swimming areas and the sign also says "No Swimming". You can probably detect there, they just don't know how to post it correctly. Happy B-Day!!!

I turn 60 in Oct. and all I got was a free hair cut from Daughter the barber and a
birthday wish left on my voice mail. May be I will do better at 65.

I figured a 'fisherman' would catch that, they don't say much if you just run the trolling motor (mostly), & the swimming areas are in a different spot.

My wife is my 'barber', she does a good job, but she only has to cut (half a head of hair).

Yeah Red, we should go more often, in my younger days they used to call me 'The Fisherman', I got both my sons 'hooked', & I gradually drifted away to Treasure Hunting. 8)
