Abandoned High School with Power - Everything Left Behind

anyone recognize where ? not only was the power still on, but almost everything was left behind.
I'm Guessing California Because of the fully stocked Bomb Shelter.
But I suppose could be almost any where. Has to Be a Major City, By the size It looks like it Held Thousands of Students.

I wonder though Who's responsible for the Waste Other then the Taxpayers Of Course.
