I made it out to the woods to check out this abandoned house, I went to scout it out, and take some photos. Can you believe it that when I got back there my camera would NOT work??? These pictures are all from my cell phone. Thank God I had it with me!

I did take my detector back there, but it was almost useless, there is a LOT of trash people have dumped and with the snow I couldn't see it all. I need to return when all snow is gone so I can check AROUND the dump areas, hoping to find some dropped goodies. I am sure there is stuff to be found here.

Looks like an excellent site and I would hit that place hard,....trash or no trash....

I am thinking I need the sniper coil for my ace 250, there is bottles everywhere I bet this was a popular teen hangout.

Get pic of everything, that looks like a very promising place to hunt! Can't wait for more on it!

Except for the tractor, your pic looks almost exactly like a home a few miles
from me. A local volunteer fire company burned it for fire practice. There was a huge wood burning cook stove in it that would require opening a wall to get it out & at least 6 healthy men . I hope someone got it before the burn. I still want
to detect the area but don't know who owns the property now. Good luck with
that one.

Strange, had on near my place in AL that looked like a twin and the shed had been torn down but looked like in the same place. thanks for the pictures. Gnewt

Very cool looking! Possible caches and who knows what else!

Reminds me of the 6 years I spent in Ohio. I was in Wallings and Twinsburg.

That looks like a great place to find some old goodies. Have fun and be safe!

looks definetely like a great spot... cant wait to see what ya find there.

Looks like a great place to spend a lot of time detecting. Be careful inside.

With the "top-shot" steering rod and straight front frame I think you've got a Farmall (F model?) there.

I've seen worse brought back to show quality.

WOW what a great place to hunt!

Cool Spot!!!

Be prepared to dig LOTS of iron! (and roofing tin, and mason jar lids, and etc etc etc)

Like Charlie P., I was trying to ID the tractor too. I don't think it's a Farmall though. I think it's a prewar John Deere "A".

Here's a pic of an early Johnny Popper "A" here:

Anyway that's what I'm guessing. Can't wait to see what you find there. Good Luck!
