These pics were taken within a Siberian mine.
The fellow who captioned the pics wasn't quite sure how the photographer got in them.
They are, like, remote!
They had been worked by Gulag work parties.

When you said the site is huge,I can believe it ! ;D
Spent about 2 hours there.
Not done yet. :o

Yes, Ranger.

and I can't quite figger why, but the site is fascinating to me!

The scale of almost everything is big, huge, monumental... in all respects!

Abandoned underground submarine bases, missile launch facilities, railroads, towns!

The Lake Baikal pics are awesome, and also, Siberian wooden framed house windows.

and there's no end to it! For example, here's a contender for Miss Atomic!
Yes, she's posing with the cooling towers, next to the waste pond! I love it! :tard:

Uh,yeah ! ;D Glad she's not inside.
The reactors would boil over.

After leaving here, went back for another hour or two.
Those abandoned villages, that would be a sight to see.
Some of those old homes, elegant.A lot of old world woodcarving.
Think I'll sprint back, and see if I missed anything.(As,a LOT) :tard:

Thanks for the beautiful pics (both mine and lady) LOL
