Obviously you wouldn't want to put the south pole against the left side of your brain because this (at least in theory) will make that side of your brain more active. That is not what you want to do for dowsing.

Scientists in the USA and elsewhere have after painstaking research have found no connection between continued use of mobile phones and tumors. They have also recently discovered that the emf from introduced mobile phones excites the Celebulum Cortex, positioned level with the top of the ear which I discovered about 10 years ago is responsible for dowsing.
Meaning that a magnet placed just above the ear will excite the Celebulem cortex to the extent that proof is hereby given that here is the basic power base for mental dowsing. It is proof only, as the whole body has to be immersed in Geo Magnetic flux to supply sufficient power. Still, when holding a strong magnet to your ear and a dowsing rod in your fist on the other side of your body hard up aganst your kidney, you will commence to feel the mental pull on the dowsing rod, although insufficient for accurate dowsing.
The reason that I have inserted this posting is that you are giving advice contrary to the truth and someone has to let readers know what it is all about, and I have done so at the risk of being described as a know all by unsuccessfull participants in dowsing.
I really don't think that it makes much difference whether you can dowse from day one or a year later, as it takes many years of mental practice and accumilated data to be an experienced operator.
Some of you readers in the past may recall me relating to dowsing periods being successfull only during solar flares. There have been none for months now, and may not be any for at least another 10 months untill the the next 11 year solar cycle commences bringing with it ever increasing dowsing conditions for 5 and a half years before peaking and commencing to drop off again in intensity. In the interim, dowsing is a theory only, although I have made sufficient discoveries when able to dowse that I have more than enough targets to work on.
I relate this dowsing forum to a group of reluctant unsuccessful schoolboys
whom during classes, not one has put up his hand and asked a question in the past 8 years. Have we a group of dreamers
