Ace 250 for finding gold

Soon I will be visiting friends in Arizona, and will bring my 250 along. They live near the old Vulture Mine, and I think a lot of the nearby land is open to hunt. Are there any tips for finding gold with it? Will it find gold as small as a grain of rice?

Best i can tell you is to practice with any gold around your home...aa

Just make sure that you are not on someone's claim. They get purdy mean if they catch you. I would call the BLM office in Phoenix and buy a $4.00 map of Phoenix North or the Bradshaw quad. Their number is 623.580.5500 or 602.417.9300 either one will sell you map. It's a good thing to have so you no where to legally hunt.

Your small gold will hit in the iron and foil range. Run as much sens as you can without falsing. Put the sniper on if you have one.
