I will be buying an Ace 250 soon.

What equipment do you recommend for gold, bedrock, tailing piles,etc.?: Coil size, Head phones, etc

What equipment do you recommend for relics: Coil size, etc.

Wow first thing I'd recommend would be to get a MD designed for gold detecting. Most gold hunters use PI machines because of the frequency differences. The Ace is a much more general use machine while the PIs really shine at MDing such things as gold at depth as well as in sizes that the Ace would never see.

Psst... VLF Vs. PI Is a separate question.
ACE250 do not have Auto Ground Balance. And Higher Frequencies for VLF (Very Low Frequency) are a grand help.
But please do not let me deter you. It can be used as long as you understand how to look. That's another story.
Iron does build at the end of gold traps. Turn on and use pinpoint exclusively. Sorta all metal mode. Take small searches.
When it goes nuts turn off... on.... check again... Personally a Gold bug isn't to expensive..... Works nicely.

ACE 250s are awsome. I put the Whites trigger on... How sweet... Finds coins fast. P.S. I have a MXT..... My Son's is fun..
no B.S. just finds.
