ACE 250 ON THE BEACH

Getting an Ace 250 this weekend to take to the beach (dry sand) in Florida.

If I was to get a second coil (aside from the 6.5" that comes with it) do you folks think I should get the 9" coil or the sniper coil?

For just beach use the larger coil would work better for you by getting a little deeper and covering more ground. For grass areas where there may be more trash, the sniper would be better. Get both.........

You are only put here on this earth for so long, why not enjoy some of the fruits of your labors. I was lucky with finding the "brass ring," and don't now have a wife to spend what I gathered for my old age when I won't be able to work anymore.

If you think you could use a new detector or what have you, I say go for it if you don't have kids to put thru college anymore, etc.
