Ace 350 Import Laws

Can anyone tell me why the Garrett Ace 350 cannot be imported into Canada ??

Wow that's harsh! I can import Garret's from the US into New Zealand with out a problem.. Minelab on the other hand are impossible to import from the US to, NZ as there are dealer franchise restrictions imposed (unfairly I think lol ) on the US dealers.
If no dealer will send you one then you might be able to buy one second hand from a member here as when winter hits some members release their gear..
Oh there is another way some places like shipito offer a mail/parcel "forwarding service" where the seller sends it to shipito and they (for a smallish fee) send it to you.. Have i used shipito,, no not personally. I have used youshop, and I guess there are others as well.. Good luck
