hey all i was down to my friends and scanned some of his old coin collection with my ace and i noticed some weird reads on some of the silver and the buffalo's it was consistent on them it would somtimes give the metal bloop and im talking like 6 inches air test nothing in the ground....so thats the question do these old coins do that in the ground at a shallow depth ?...i can understand a bloop if its deeper

Nickels and pull tabs make a lower tone on some detectors. It's a way to distinguish different types of targets.
