Admiralty / kedge anchor.... errrrr... mid 1800's to early 1900's if i had to guess... and i only guess this by the amount of deterioration and overall look / style.... but this date guess could be off by decades.

Where did you get it Boston Harbor?

It came out of a shallow bay around Campobello Island, NB, Canada.
