After 14 years I sent my SS in for service!

So after 14 years I thought I would send my Sand Shark in to see if I could get some of this legendary Life Time Warranty Service they claim to have.
And I am HAPPY to say I got it sent back to me today with:
New 10 1/2 Search Coil and Cable with the quick disconnect.
New Headphones and cable.
New Orings on everything.
And a Re Tune to bring it all up to spec.
The lady on the phone said it was one of the lowest SN#'s she had seen

The best part is it only cost me the shipping to them!

When you call Tesoro a human answers the phone. You can talk to Rusty (head of the service dept.) and learn for yourself what a great guy he is, you can talk to the president of the company, they always have time for you and like to hear you detecting experiences. Their service is top notch- if you ever need it. Made in America by a small company that cares. You don't need a couple of thousand dollar bills to buy one of their detectors.

The only drawback is you have to send your detector in every 14 years for service!

I love my Tesoro Sand Shark no service needed yet! It has been a great machine for me reliable and find just as much jewelry as people with much more expensive machines! Great to hear how they stand behind their products! When its time for another dirt machine I will be adding a Tesoro!
