Aftermath of Sandy

During the recovery efforts after "Super Storm" Sandy, I spotted this on the streets of Long Beach Island.

Someone couldn't wait for Sandy to move inland and just had to be the first one to get out there.

Its like a vintage timex it takes a licking and keeps on ticking... I will bet if this was dried out it will still work!! And I will also bet that whites will go above and beyond for the original owner

That's too bad, it just puts it in perspective what the people back there are going through. Seems to me our government did a better job of helping the people of Haiti than they are helping our own people, but that probably smaks too close to politics, so I'll stop there. But I agree with the post below regarding Whites.
