Age of this Key to the city of El Paso?

I have a brass key that reads "esta es su llave para el pueblo de el paso del norte", which translates to :"this is its key for the town of el paso of the north".
(per Babblefish). I'm wondering what the age of this might be. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like they made more than one. I found
this page showing a similar key sold at auction 4 years ago.
