Kind of looks like it?

Turn the top right pic 90 degrees right.

definitely a pillar reale...can't tell which size by the picture but I would assume 1 or 2 reale.

Sure looks like Spanish Silver to me - Nice Find Amigo !

That is an amazing find! I'm so jealous. Congratulations.

Does anyone have any idea of what year this is?

How big is it? compared to other coins and a weight would probably help the experts, in which im not one.
Killer find.

I found the buttons on today's hunt, but the Indian head and half are old finds. Just giving a few things to compare to. Anyone know anything about those buttons?

Definitely Spanish silver! Great find and I would say a 1 reale.

Nice, sweet find!

looks smaller than IH penny - 1/2 real
prob late 1700s early 1800s

Looks like a half real! Congrats! It is spelled "real"...don't stick an "e" on the end.

Thanks guys.

Nice find! Here are a couple for comparison that may help you narrow down the date a bit. The real to the left of the dime is a 1779 and is the same diameter, the one to the right is an 1817 and is slightly smaller (fits inside the rim) than a dime.

Mexican Carlos IV coins lasted till 1808; Fernando VII had the same bust/pillar coins 1/2s and 1Rs through 1821. Thereafter, they were Republic coins without the pillars. I've assumed the coin was from Mexico City.
Don...
PS: The IH is 19mm; a 1/2R is 18mm and a 1R is 20mm in diameter. Which is yours?
