Alas, another bullet ID is needed

Found this fired bullet at a civil war homesite. Also found the dropped minie ball. The fired bullet is approximately .58 in diameter and weighs 1.11 once. What concerns me is the thickness of the bottom outside wall. Maybe a shotgun slug? What do y'all think
