If it was never found, it's likely lost forever. That area is completely built over. Likely bulldozed and hauled to the dump during the construction phase. Only hope is that it was buried really deep and is under somebody's house.

If a hoard of gold and silver was dozed up and taken somewhere for fill it would likely have been spread out and coins made visiible, sparking a rush of digging and lots of news press. In my experience, its either in a landfill or under concrete.
