When bank hopping this morning, of which one bank only had $100 of CWR, took them all cuz you never know. Started checking rolls at home, and I'm always suspicious if the coin count is correct. Upon opening each roll and checking the count, nearly all of the rolls were OVER by 1-2 dimes. The overage amount turned out to be $2.40 out of 20 rolls, however the very last roll had a very narrow silver rim (like a worn down washer). It turned out to be a VERY WORN DOWN merc dime. The date is very very faint, it looks like maybe a 191? (1916)but the reverse appears too badly worn to see if it's a D. Any suggestions to show up the date? If it wasn't for the merc showing up, would we still call the $100 rolls a Skunk or ????

You talk about coins being over, this past week when I opened my two boxes of nickels I noticed two cents as enders. I think here I go, losing money. NOT!! After searching my two boxes I found 17 cents and 71 dimes for a $2.87 profit. Also each box has a war nickel.

Silver is silver, no skunk in my eyes.
