Almost Extinct Find Today (Banner?)

Found a working one today...won't be around much longer. This brings up the question, is someone actually still being paid to collect coins from some of these? Must be. They are still useful if your cell dies, but then again most people don't memorize phone numbers anymore so you can't call anyone once your phone dies anyway.

that's like finding a twenty cent piece!
i don't have a cell phone, and when i go places i rely on pay phones to make contact,
and sometimes it takes quite a while to find one.
