I live in the Plymouth MA area. Lots of history here.


The cartridge was in a pond and fiddle back spoon near an Indian burial ground.
The cartridge is from the Union Metallic Cartridge Company produced between 1892-1902.
I can only imagine they were duck hunting.
I asked about the hallmark on the spoon. Can’t find the silversmith. Someone suggested was an electro platers mark?
