Aluminum token with heart need ID help?

Found on a Kansas City property dating from the 20's. 1 1/4" in diameter. Starting with the red arrow, due to corrosion all I can make out is possibly:
MARIE & ARTK ? C K
Have done a couple of quick net searches and come up with nothing.
