American Hero Passes!

Just got word that my old buddy Rex passed away the other day. Most Americans were not even aware of his existence but were able to sleep in peace at night because of the sacrifices he and many other Americans made.
He fought bravely in Vietnam. Was the first man on the ground in Grenanda, engaging an enemy soldier with his handgun before he even got out of his 'chute.
I was proud to call him friend and am no doubt alive today because of the skills he passed on to me.
Rest in Peace old friend. I'll see you in Valhalla!

Wish I could have met him. And what an honor to get to remember & hear about what a good man you we're. If you we're a friend of Tim's, you're a friend of mine....great minds think alike....strong souls fight hard. Though I never was fortunate enough to get to meet such a wonderful person, you'll go down in my history book Rex, & may your legend live on! Ill see you in Heaven buddy! Oorah
