An Embarrasing(If Only) Photo - but still cool

Oh, was I disappointed on this shot, what a great one it would have been, if only. If only I was not standing 25 feet away, if only the wind was not blowing, if only the bird would have cooperated and let me get up close and personal, if only he would have come back later when I had the tripod set up and chair!

Still, it is a good action shot of the goldfinch feeding on that flower head. If only.....

I saw a mockingbird sunning, both wings stretched
out, sitting flat on a wall, & after about 45 days of
rain, it must have felt good.
