Dug this up at an old inn site from mid 1800s. Probably the coolest knob I've ever found.. Still working on the maker but finding some examples with similar style that are being called Eastlake.. Not quite sure tho..
Yes, you're on the right lines with 'Eastwood'. That particular design is generally referred to as "Potted Flower" and I think first manufactured by the Lockwood Company around 1885.
That one is beautiful, someone should start a doorknob thread, the varieties amaze me!! Great find in great shape, that would be cool to find it's mate!!
