Was winding down a penny roll search for the night. It was fairly routine..........12 Wheats out of $15.00. Mostly solid dates, but did find a 1929 D and a 1935 S. I then turned my attention to a roll of half dollars that a teller had saved for me from my local bank. I figured on giving it a quick see before turning in.............they don't usually give much but a date or 2 for my Kennedy Dansco book..............
I'm still not sure I got any sleep!!!! Opened one end of the wrapper and slipped out the stack..........and had third edges of silver gleaming in the light of my office...............Found a 1963 Franklin, 6 1964's, 4 1966's, 1 1967, 2 1968's and 2 1969's.................
You want to talk about heart palpitations.............!!!!!!!! Had to contain myself from shouting for joy so not to wake my wife.............OMG!!!!!
