Anchor Whiskey Bottle - any info?

[Gen. Breckinridge]

Here is an old whiskey bottle I found. Does anyone have any info on it?

Not an expert by any means, but I do know that you have an amber strap-sided flask. Age ranges from 1895-1910(appr.)
