I finally felt strong enough to give my knee a full test. Lately I've been giving Jeff a bit of leg tuggage about always going to the same places.

So, where did I pick to test my knee? A place where I've given names to certain trees, fences, bare spots. Been there at least 50 times over the years! I justified myself by saying I wasn't there to hunt but to test. :dontknow:

Anyway...I won't know for sure until I try to get out of bed in the morning. But, after about 3.5 hours of "walking"...seems to be holding up.

The results;

It had been so long since Blingie's last
bling....I think he thought it must be time
to hibernate! He was asleep when I came back!
;)

Anyway, looks like I'm back in the "saddle" again!

Thanks for peeking!

HaHaHa !

nothing Wrong with those Old Tried & true Spots
Nice Hunk of Change There, Not to mention it looks Like you
Dug a "Greenie" Too :coffee2: I would have thought 30's or Older with the Green Tint.

LOL on the "From the Heart of Philly" Tag/Pin.
I could say something But I'll Hold Back :laughing7:

Good to Hear your Healing Fast Too !

Great walk! Congrats!
Hope your knee is pain free in the morning.

Looks like the clad bank has been filling up for you.
And its nice you found love twice on your detecting jaunt! One for each of them.

I hope you said hello to all the familiar places in your old haunt. An oldie but goodie field, there's alot to be said for those places.

The hook looks like one of those at the end of a pole used to pull down window shades.

May your walks continue, pain free and goodie filled.

that is some good news about your knee...and the finds were just an "add-on" blessing!

Getting older should come with warnings and instructions...on what not to do when you are younger.

The "green" is, of course, corrosion and in ground that tends to stay wet, it just happens faster.

The "Philly" thing? Wouldn't have anything to do with a transposition of the starting sounds of the two words...now...would it? :tongue3:

Thanks!
