Found this cast iron 10 " on height . The top has some locking tooth around its perimeter. Maybe some kind of jack or pointing device. The hands rotate and lock.pics got mixed up

My first thought was they were parts from a cannon because I found a 6 & a 9 pound cannonball ( still to be determined) in the same location. PA Near Morrisville/ Trenton NJ. Battle of Trenton.
