Hope you all are enjoying this great weather! Got out again today for another all day event. Been a hard week though, little to show in returns from the dirt. Yesterdays topper was an old Mercedes Benz button, today got some play money tokens and one silver. Got an old slot token earlier in the week. Have a few wheaties soaking in my pouch somewhere...

Thanks for stopping by yesterday Jon!

Thanks for playing gracious guest today Paul!

Have fun out there!

Just never know when the goods are gonna surface. Would be nice if they did on a beautiful day like today.
Grats on the one silve Tim.

Vacations are nice :hello2:
A silver is great... :headbang:
I am not sure why,but when I seen the token with a "hole" in the middle that reads "for amusement only"
I got a chuckle....go figure....lol

Glad you got out Tim....much luck the rest of the week....

That isn't right Soupie. Besides it'd only be amusing for the first four hours then it may become life altering.

Anyway, I think that was probably a bi-metallic token and the middle metal corroded away yielding a ring. The Mercedes Button was indeed a real cool find, Lowbatts, especially given the history of where it came from.

Good work Tim. Wear the Benz button with pride my friend. And go find the car to go with it! I love seeing the merc! good job spending your vacation wisely.

doubt thats a mercades pin - probably a 3rd Marine Division insigna (I was a part of it in Japan)

Thanks for that more probable ID Kermit!

Could not locate any info on any MB memorabilia sites involving buttons of any kind.
