Any time a proof is out of it's holder and into circulation, it's almost always impaired.......meaning damaged in some way. It doesn't take much on a mirror surface to make a scratch. That generally reduces it's value substantially, however, being enhanced hair will help. How much is hard to say. Running it on E-bay would be a way to find out!
