I can certinaly agree with the lawyers view, and it is a obivious violation of proceedure and the defendants rights, but common sense says that there must be a motive. What could it have been?

Several Problems...the Judge is a Flake.....she doesn't know whats going on in her Court room? She tells the Defense attorney to take a Deep Breath....those are almost fighting words for me. That is just a "cute" metaphor to shut your Pie Hole.

I dealt with the legal system for many years. I think the courts are a joke, but it's all we got, and I don't have a better idea. Sometimes I believe there ain't no justice, but just us. And believe me, money does talk in the legal system today, unfortunately.

Just because you have a badge does not mean you are an honorable person. Cops lie and steal all the time. I have seen with my own eyes a law officer commit a serious felony. The kind that gets you fired and sent to prison.
