Wow! That is a gorgeous piece! I haven't seen one posted on here before, and would expect a complete one would be extremely rare. What else can you tell us about it?

I found it at a site which has produced finds from celtic times (coins) to roman coins and artefacts (1st century BC-4th century AD) up to Napoleonic finds (french coins and regimental buttons, parts of armour, cannonballs etc).

folkert, what can I say but WOW..... you are finding great stuff on your side of the world. Would love to see it cleaned up a bit though if at all possible.
