Metal Detecting
Took my AT Pro out in the water, after an hour all I found was a nickel and 2 quarters.

Switched to the Ace 400 and pounded the sand, did a little better.
1st found a tiny silver charm, shaped like a rose on 1 side and a religious scene on the other.

Next found a Geraud tungsten ring.
Then I found a small silver band, has more writing in it than I have ever seen says CHAM CN 925 N

No gold but can't complain, very nice day [wind was really kicking up, got sand blasted pretty good]

Your broken charm is most likely off a bracelet - I found a bracelet at an old beach that was made up of those and have seen ones found
by a few others

Charm was deep, at least 6", was surprised the Ace got that depth on a little object like that.
Usually don't at the beach but I brought along my pinpointer, really helped recovering objects like this, for shallow targets didn't even use the scoop, was faster and easier just to pinpoint it and grab it.
