Another day in the yard. Another silver dime and 1904 foreign coin....

Went out in the yard again. Lots of more clad change with a few wheat pennies in the group. Found a 1952 rosie dime and some coin that says 1904 but its not American coinage. I'm sure y'all will know what it is though.

I've only included the better stuff in previous posts, but here is the rest of the gang from today. 8 quarters, 4 dimes, a nickel and bunch of pennies. All clad except 6 wheat pennies in the mix, and of course some bullets and other random stuff. The 3 pennies on the top right are zinc pennies. I'll clean this stuff up better later...

Wow thanks! Didnt realize it was silver, but was hoping. Who were these people that lived in this old house lol. They must have traveled. The house was built in the 1860's but havent found any coins that old yet.

My grandfather brought some German coins just like that home from WW2. So, you just never know. Gary

Hello, I lived in Germany for 2 years and I can tell you that the foreign coin is a German coin, same as the other fellow detectorists say...Good finds ! And in your own backyard you lucky dog !
