FIRST PIC FOOTSTEPS IN THE SAND AND IF YOU LOOK AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THE RIGHT SO CALLED FOOT [WHEW] IT LOOKS LIKE THE BOTTOM HALF OF A HORSE STANDING. OKAY YALL IM NOT NUTS THAT IS WHAT I SEE.

Looks like a tool used for knapping spear or arrowheads.Or an incomplete weapon head it looks as though pieces have been knapped off of it. IMO
